Can I seek a ‘Double the Difference’ voucher before I make a purchase at DID Electrical? 

No, our price guarantee is that we will not be beaten on price. In the unlikely event that one of our competitors has a lower price than the DID Electrical price that you paid, upon returning to any DID Electrical store we will issue you with a DID Electrical voucher in store for ‘Double the Difference’.

If you find a lower price elsewhere post-purchase with DID, how do you claim & collect a ‘Double the Difference’ voucher?

Simply call back into any of our stores nationwide with your receipt and a note of the model code, the competitor and the shelf edge price as displayed in the store which they are selling the exact same product within 7 days of your purchase at DID Electrical. If we have been beaten on price & we are still selling at the price you paid then we will give you a DID Electrical voucher for ‘Double the Difference’ there and then.
