Yes,we take back all old appliances, free of charge.

If you have not purchased an installation servivce with your order then you need to ensure your old appliance must be emptied and disconnected when the team arrives. If your item is not ready to be taken you can drop it into your local DID store or we can arrange for the delivery team to return to collect.

If you have opted for an install service on your new appliance, than our team will disconnect the old appliances before taking it away.

Our team can provide a like-for-like installation service. The team cannot make any modifications to your existing kitchen or utlity room set-up.

No, the DID cannot do gas installations. These install types must be completed by a registered gas installer. You can find a full list of eligible installers on theRGI website.
