Extended Christmas Returns

We've extended our returns policy for Christmas season. Items purchased from 29th November 2024 can be returned until 10th January 2025.

The easiest way to return an item or resolve a product issue is by visiting a DID Electrical store, where our staff will be happy to assist you: 

• For items that are returned to a store, an exchange or refund can be offered up to 10th January 2025.
• For Online Returned items that are returned by post, a refund will be offered if the returned item is received up to 10th January 2025.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.

NOTE: Return item(s) must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.

Free same day click & collect

Shop online and collect your order for free at one of our 23 stores nationwide. If you order before 12 pm on 24th of December,  you can pick up your item the same day if it’s in stock at your chosen store.Collection is available Monday- Sunday
